Gate 48 holds instinctual depth capable of solving real problems. Its worth only surfaces once someone actually draws from it. Without Gate 16's skill to package and express that depth, the fear isn't a lack of substance. It's not being able to explain what's already there.

Gate 21 needs control over its own domain to do its job. Material resources, direction, who it works for. That control has to be offered, not seized. Generators need to be asked. Projectors need to be invited. Manifestors need to inform before they act. Grab control without invitation, and you hit forceful resistance, regardless of intentions.

Gate 53 carries the fuel to begin, not necessarily to complete. Its role is providing impetus, starting cycles whose time has come, then discharging the pressure and passing what's learned onward. Without Gate 42, there's no built-in drive to finish everything you start. That's fine, until you convince yourself you always have to.

Gate 56 says, "I believe." An idea here isn't a solution or a call to action. It's a journey meant to stimulate belief over time. Once it's spoken, the process is complete. Without Gate 11, you're often searching for the next new stimulation to keep the storytelling alive.

Gate 31 says, "I lead." But collective leadership is collegial, not commanded. Your voice only carries once the majority actually picks it up and acts on it. Without that transfer, and without Gate 7's direction behind it, it's just an empty voice in the room.
